Winx Club 3D: Magical Adventure (Template:Lang-it) is a computer-generated imagery (CGI) animated film that was released in Italy on October 29, 2010. The film is a sequel to Winx Club: The Secret of the Lost Kingdom. Despite taking place right after the fourth season, Roxy, the fairy of animals, does not appear nor is she mentioned or seen at the New Year Ceremony at Alfea College for Fairies.

Synopsis

The movie begins with a cast party to celebrate the new school year. The antagonists, the Trim witches, use this as a cover while they try to steal the "mystically powerful compass of Revealed Secrets." They are caught by the fairy protagonists. In the ensuing battle, one of the witches escapes with the compass.

Later, Bloom (protagonist), on her home planet of Domino, encounters Daphne, the spirit of her elder sister. Daphne gives Bloom a white horse named Peg from her birth parents. While out riding her new horse Bloom finds Sky, her love interest. Returning to the palace, Sky asks Bloom to marry him and she answers with an exuberantly surprised, "Yes!"

The scene shifts to the Trim witches reporting the theft of the Compass to the Ancestral Witches. The witches then receive their next mission: to use the compass to locate Pixie Village in order to destroy the Tree of Life's positive magic in the universe.

Back on planet Eraklyon, Sky tells his father (King Erendor of Eraklyon) that Bloom has accepted his proposal. King Erendor forbids him from marrying her and offers no further explanation except for a sealed scroll. Later that night, Sky calls Bloom to break off the engagement.

Meanwhile, the Trim witches have made their way to the Tree of Life and destroyed its positive magic despite the Pixies' attempts to defend it. All the fairies of the realm feel the loss of the magic via their bonds with the Pixies and pass out as a result. Both the Pixies and the Winx Club relocate to Alfea College for Fairies for safety, as their magic no longer works on Earth.

Despite this, the Ancestral Witches discover that some positive energy still remains in the Tree, and remember giving King Erendor an hourglass with the Tree's pollen. The Trix are sent to retrieve it.

On Eraklyon, the Winx meet up with their male companions, the Specialists. The twelve of them board a flying ship that will take them to the realm of Avram. Sky takes this opportunity to explain his father's past dealings with the witches. He explains that King Erendor allowed the witches to attack Domino without any resistance in exchange for an hourglass containing the Tree of Life's pollen, which would serve as protection from their world-shattering, dark, energy blast. After visiting the ruined Avram, King Erendor, in remorse, breaks the hourglass and the Tree's pollen reforms as a sapling.

After a series of events involving a failed physical training session, evil holographic duplicates, and a massive storm, the Winx and the Specialists manage to land safely on Avram, and continue on foot. Meanwhile, at Eraklyon's palace, the Trix force Erendor to reveal the location of the sapling.

The Winx make it to the heart of Avram, but Sky and Bloom are separated from the others. The film shifts focus to the pair as they try to find their friends and locate each other as the buildings around them begin to close in. The two reunite with Bloom's steed, Peg, as the entire city is falling apart. They manage to ride to safety and find the sapling Tree.
