Jon 'Ryan Harlan' was born on April 25, 1981 in Texas. He is an American decathlete. He competed at the 2011 World Championships in Daegu, South Korea.
Early Life
Ryan Harlan went to Midway High School in Hewitt, Texas. He later graduated from Rice University in 2004. [1]
