Premise
Dog Bites Man is a parody of local news coverage, filmed in Denver as a mockumentary. The show begins with Tillie Sullivan, a former intern for KHBX, returning to the station in Spokane, Washington to produce the show American Lives. Tillie reconnects with Kevin Beekin, a big reporter at the station, whom she once dated. Kevin still has feelings for Tillie. With the rest of their news team, made up of Alan the director and Marty the intern, they set out to cover the big stories in Spokane.
Their news station logo is modeled after Fisher Communication's stations, most notably KOMO-TV 4 based in Seattle.
