No "editor in chief": you're primus inter pares here. ;p You've also done the right thing when in doubt: post the issue on Talk & let somebody who knows the subject (or the page) better (try... ;p ) fix it. Looks to me like a stray word: IJN changed position based on the embargo. I'll get it fixed...right now. :) One thing, tho. You really should've posted it here instead of here. BTW, welcome.
