Hello. The brief content I used for Il Giardino dei Semplici (band) was partly taken from a page which I WROTE months ago. It's a page from a FANsite about Il Volo. I created that very page, so I can use the content. Ask the webmaster. Anyway, I re-opened the article and just changed the content a lot in order to make it finally accepted. Technically speaking, I did not violate any copyright, I can sure you. I work for the band, among the other things. Please, accept the article, I'm working hard on it and will revise/polish it within days/weeks. I'm not English. Just give me time. Thank you so much.

I wrote and own the content written on http://artistecard.com/danielwinans the same day I wrote the content for Daniel. I'm not that familiar with edit/coding in wikipedia. I updated this information on the link for his family - The Winans, but I'm as an individual artist and grammy award winner I am also trying to create his on identity. Copyright speedy eligibility
First of all, I want to say it is very much appreciated that you check for copyright violations - very few users do even though it is very important. However, I did want to remind you that if only a portion of page is a copyvio (such as was the case at Draft:Hild (novel)) then it isn't eligible for speedy deletion. By all means, decline the draft if it contains any copyrighted text and/or remove it yourself if you have the time. If the violation is too complex to fix quickly, but there appears to be non-copyrighted text in the article, then it can be listed at Wikipedia:Copyright problems. Thanks! --ThaddeusB (talk) 21:39, 19 February 2015 (UTC)
Kristen Jensen rejection due to copyright
Hello, I just received a notice stating that the Wikipedia article that I submitted was rejected due to copyright. It cites the source as http://www.kristenjensen.om/about/. In fact, much of the information included is from that source as I am the person who wrote both the article and the about page for kristen jensen on her web page. I am her webmaster, drained the page, and wrote the copy information. How do I get this cleared up?

Request on 21:33:19, 20 February 2015 for assistance on AfC submission by 95.67.102.245
Dear editor (t) Josve05a (c) ,
It goes about Articles for creation: Tigran Maytesian. I have got your notification at my User’s Page (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User_talk:95.67.102.245#Your_submission_at_Articles_for_creation:_Tigran_Maytesian_.28February_20.29) that my submission not been accepted because it included copyrighted information, which is not permitted on Wikipedia. Actually, it seems to be either some awful mistake of yours or some strange personal attack from your side on my volunteer contribution.
First, there is no copyright violation from my side as there has been received a permission from the copyright holder to release this material under both the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0 Unported license and the GNU Free Documentation License. Both licenses may be used. Evidence of this has been confirmed and stored by OTRS volunteers, under ticket number 2015020610023567. I have permission to use copyrighted work (information from http://www.tigranmaytesian.com) as it goes in the Draft talk: This template is used by approved volunteers dealing with the Wikimedia Open Ticket Request System (OTRS) after receipt of a clear statement of permission at permissions-en wikimedia.org. ) (see: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Draft_talk:Tigran_Maytesian)
Second, you claim that my article submission to Articles for Creation (i.e. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Draft:Tigran_Maytesian) has been reviewed and has not been accepted. If so, please explain me why the Draft:Tigran_Maytesian is still among the submissions currently (i.e. on February 20, 2015) waiting for review as a Pending AfC submission (see http://en.wikipedia.org/enwiki/w/index.php?title=Category:Pending_AfC_submissions&pagefrom=P201502100944%0AA.+Testoni+S.p.A.#mw-pages)???? How should I understand your statement then???
Moreover, the AFC notification at the bottom of my article submission says that "If the submission is declined, then the reason will be posted here" (that means at the Draft:Tigran_Maytesian page but not on my User’s page!!!). The Wikipedia AFC notification further goes “Please check back here (at the Draft:Tigran_Maytesian page!!!) later to see the outcome of your request.” Tell me, please, how shall I understand this ambiguity, discrepancy between the Wikipedia notification and your statement???
To avoid further misunderstanding, please be aware that as a contributor to this article I am a volunteer with no financial interest or personal relation to the subject of the article, i.e. to Mr. Tigran Maytesian. I have never declared a personal or professional connection to the subject of this article. I have placed there reliably sourced information with the neutral point of view. Any accusations of the conflict of interest, autobiography or as you stated, copyright violation, with regard to my volunteer contribution are groundless and unfair. Should you need any proof of my volunteer, fully free and unbiased contribution and of my entitlement to use this copyrighted information, please, tell me what evidence I need to provide you to prevent such groundless accusations.
I would like to thank you in advance for your clarification and hope that you will settle this issue in an honest and positive way so that you will let my draft of the article be reviewed for acceptance without any prejudice and obstruction.
Best wishes, 95.67.102.245 (talk) 21:33, 20 February 2015 (UTC)

- @95.67.102.245: Hello. I was unaware of the OTRS-ticket, therefore my review was undone, but the message on your talk page was still left. It is still pending a review. Sorry for the inconvenience, we are all volunteers here, so mistakes may be made. Just hang in there and it will be reviewed by someone else- (t) Josve05a (c) 21:56, 20 February 2015 (UTC)
Blanking when OTRS
HI. You just blanked our article based on copyright infringement, but our talk page has a ticket on it documenting our release of the copyrighted material (since the cited source of the copyright material is our own website).
Again, this is on the talk page.

Hello Josve05a
Thank you for your message. As you will have appreciated this is my first time seeking to add some editing. In one sense I was not surprised by your rejection, because I was afraid that my personal comments might possibly breach the guidelines. However, you reference ‘original research’, and this does puzzle me. There has been a campaign by many expat British Pensioners living throughout the European Union, since a Judgment by the European Court of Justice in July 2011, opened up the possibility of more expats being able to claim an old-age benefit called Winter Fuel Payment. It is only £200 per annum, but the UK Government has decided to pursue a policy to remove this benefit in countries they have determined are ‘hot’! Over more than two years now there have been a number of reports and articles in National UK newspapers, which have given rise to much debate, blogs and comments, letter-writing, and questions in Parliament. The UK Government has published a number of documents which are relevant to the issue, and which again have given rise to much debate. I and several of my colleagues have put together a detailed Briefing Note, which is now available in version 9, and that does contain ‘original research’ since those who have contributed have gathered together items which may not have been linked or used before in the context in which they have been written. I wanted to add my piece to the profile of Iain Duncan Smith, under the section concerning his political career. After I read of the revelation of his false claim that he had studied at the University of Perugia which has been included by Wikipedia, and his ‘problems as leader’; I thought I was on safe ground to record what had been published in newspapers and compare that to facts and figures published by the UK Government. So, my first question would be - is it acceptable to remove all of my ‘comments’ in bold and underlined, following on from each section of ‘the claims’ and ‘the truth’? My second question quite simply is - please tell me if there is anything else? My third question concerns quotes I have included from letters in my possession. Do you need to have a link to a scan of those letters in PDF format, or simply a reference which identifies the letter and its date? My desire is to get this right, but at the same time, to ensure that there is the possibility to publish the claims and the truth associated with the two year campaign surrounding the Winter Fuel Payment.

Hi - I'm not sure that I understand. I did not take copyrighted material from the website you sited. The website you sited (Post #55 of the PLAV, Salem, Massachusetts) is a Post of the Polish Legion of American Veterans. Post #55 took much of the information on their website from the Polish Legion of American Veterans (PLAV) USA national website. I cited the PLAV USA website in my submission. Thanks - please let me know if I have to do something else.
