Andrew Rosenfeld is a British businessman, chairman of the property firm Minerva.

Rosenfeld was number 501 on The Sunday Times Rich List 2004[1]. He is head of the UK National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children's FULL STOP campaign[2], and a prominent supporter of the major charity Jewish Care. In March 2006 it was revealed as part of the "Cash for Peerages" scandal that he had lent £1m to the Labour Party before the 2005 General Election[2]
