Frederick Mellinger was born on November 15, 1890 in Berlin, Germany. He was an actor, known for Hitler - Beast of Berlin (1939), The Hunchback of Notre Dame (1939) and Dr. Ehrlich's Magic Bullet (1940)[1]. He died on August 29, 1970 in Bad Wiessee, Bavaria, Germany. He is also acknowledged as the creator of the push-up bra[2] and is the founder of Frederick's Hollywood Chain[3]besides being an actor<ref>
