YELLOWPAGES.COM LLC is a joint venture between AT&T and BellSouth Advertising & Publishing Corp., a division of BellSouth.

YELLOWPAGES.COM was bought out by SBC Communications (now AT&T) & BellSouth in 2004. Both companies operated their own telephone directory websites, SMARTpages.com (a subsidiary of Southwestern Bell Yellow Pages, Inc.) and RealPages.com. Both sites' operations were merged into YELLOWPAGES.COM in 2005.

The legal name of the joint venture is in all capitals.
