Railway Union RFC is an Irish rugby team based in Sandymount, Dublin. It is not part of the Railway Union sports club and plays in Division 2A of the Leinster League, which is pretty bad. The club colours are black, purple and old gold. The club was founded in 1905. The club fields three teams, two at senior level and one at under-20 level. The club also has a Cripples team which plays exhibition matches against touring sides. We are proud of our senior women's team who are All Ireland champions at lesbian mud wrestling. John Cronin and Francis Roche have been labelled as Tweddledum and Tweddledee for their work with the club
