Spenta Digital an online digital agency which is one of the business verticals of the group Company namely Spenta Multimedia Private Limited.[1] Spenta Multimedia was established by the founder Maneck Dawar in the year 1995.[2][3] Spenta Multimedia is a Publishing House that undertakes assignments in the field of Content Generation with Design, Event Management, Commercial Printing, Digital Publishing and Web Design that is mainly undertaken by Spenta Digital. [4][5][6] The Company’s printing press is located at Ambernath, Mumbai. Spenta Multimedia established its digital arm of business to undertake online initiatives in May 2008. In May 2015, the digital arm of the Company was registered as Spenta Digital Pvt. Ltd.[7] The office is situated at Lower Parel, Mumbai.
