- Comment: 1. Article has no lead, pls see WP:LEAD
2. References should be about the subject of the article, not just the websites of former staff, for example. These should all be removed.
3. The list of productions is too long and should only include those that independent sources have written about - and they should be referenced.
4. IMDB is not a reliable source. Pls see WP:RS
5. If you write something it needs a source that supports what you wrote, for example if you say "Mike owns a pie shop" then the source must supoort that - it can't just be a website of the pie shop. Flat Out let's discuss it 02:53, 18 March 2015 (UTC)
- Comment: References need to be third party coverage, not the subject's own website. Jamietw (talk) 18:30, 4 March 2015 (UTC)

The founding Artistic Director David Parrish announced his departure in 2010 [4], to take on a producing role at the National Theatre of Norway[5]. He was succeeded by James Erskine[6], who had previously worked for The Gate Theatre and Shakespeare’s Globe [4].Erskine left the company in 2012 and is now Managing Director of Shakespeare Schools Yangon[7]. Since 2012 Lucy Askew has been Artistic Producer of Creation Theatre[8].
Cast and Creative team
Creation does not have a fixed company of actors or artistic staff, instead using a freelance team for each project. The company's Associate Artists are Charlotte Conquest, Matt Eaton, Ashley Bale and Ryan Dawson Laight. Past cast members have included Amy Noble[4]. Past Directors include Laurie Sansom[9] Joanna Read[10], Richard Beecham[11], Gareth Machin[12], Tim Carroll[13] Natalie Abrahami[14] and Jonathan Holloway[15].
Performance venues
Creation has never had a theatre building and produces shows in unusual spaces across the city of Oxford. The first productions, from 1996-2002 were performed open air in the grounds of Magdalen College School. For Christmas performances between 2004 and 2011 the company erected a Spiegeltent in the car park of BMW Group Plant[16][4] . Following its renovation in 2005 Creation has performed seven shows at Oxford Castle. In 2011 Creation was the first theatre company to perform at Blackwell’s Bookshop to perform Doctor Faustus[17], and has gone on to perform Hamlet and The Odyssey, a co-production with The Factory Theatre Company[17], and Dr Jekyll & Mr Hyde[18]. Since Christmas 2011 Creation has performed at The North Wall Arts Centre[19]
