I am a Iranian modern history researcher and my interest subject has overlap with many user in Wikipedia. I connected to Wikipedia several times from my university and I think that had similar IP with other user. I want to work in Wikipedia again but now I am block. If my unblock request has negative response, What should I do? Can create a new account and work again in Wikipedia?
