Not to be confused with Blue Ridge Community College (Virginia) in a nearby area of Virginia.

Blue Ridge Community and Technical College is a two-year college located in Martinsburg, in Berkeley County, West Virginia. Formerly known as the Community and Technical College of Shepherd, it was part of Shepherd College until March 2005, when it was accredited as an independent institution. On July 1, 2006, it was officially renamed Blue Ridge Community and Technical College. Blue Ridge CTC has over 40 collegiate level associate degree and certificate programs, and workforce development and training.[clarification needed]

In 2015, the school announced it would begin offering a degree in electric utility technology through a partnership with FirstEnergy.[1]

Academic Programs:

Allied Health Science, Business & Technology, Economic & Workforce Development, and Liberal Arts & Transitional Studies.
