Pari 'Koy or My Holy Bro (international title)[1] is a Filipino religious drama series to be broadcast by GMA Network starring Dingdong Dantes with Sunshine Dizon, Gabby Eigenmann, David Remo and Carla Abellana. It is set to premiere on March 9, 2015 replacing More Than Words on the network's GMA Telebabad primetime block, and also aired worldwide via GMA Pinoy TV.[2][3]

  • Dingdong Dantes as Father Jericho 'Kokoy' Evangelista - He is the Parish Priest of Brgy. Pinagpala.
  • Sunshine Dizon as Noemi Espiritu Cruz - She is the battered wife of Simon Cruz and the mother of Sarah Cruz.
  • David Remo as Paul "Pinggoy" Ramos-Evangelista - He is the abandoned child in Brgy. Pinagpala who was adopted by Fr. Kokoy.
  • Gabby Eigenmann as Barangay Kaptian Jude Banal - He is the corrupt community captain of Brgy. Pinagpala.

  • Chanda Romero as Martha Buenavista - She is the selfish and cruel laywoman of Brgy. Pinagpala. She always hate the works and rules of Fr. Kokoy. Martha hates everyone in the community. She is one of the antagonists in the show.
  • Luz Valdez as Esther San Pablo - She is Martha's teammate in criticizing Fr. Kokoy's works and rules
  • Dexter Doria as Salome Marasigan Espiritu - The funny and loving mother of Eli Espiritu. She is one of the Church's workers.
  • Jillian Ward as Sarah Espiritu Cruz - She is the beautiful daughter of Noemi Cruz and Simon Cruz.
  • Jhiz Deocareza as Japet Lazaro - The child who is far from his father. He always play with Pinggoy and Sarah.
  • Carlo Gonzales as Simon Cruz - The evil husband of Noemi Cruz and the father of Sarah Cruz.
  • Jeric Gonzales as Eli Marasigan - The son of Salome who is in love with Ruthy.
  • Lindsay De Vera as Ava Buenavista - The shy granddaughter of Martha. She was abandoned by her parents and was entrustred to Martha.
  • Hiro Peralta as Samuel "Sam" Evangelista, Jr. - The brother of Fr. Kokoy who hated him due to his lack of presence during their childhood.
  • JC Tiuseco as Timoteo "Timo" Espiritu - The brother of Noemi Cruz who defends her from her abusive husband.
  • Jojit Lorenzo as Tomas Sacremento - One of the workers in the Church who grow old with the Church and was entrusted to the incoming Parish Priests.
  • Will Ashley de Leon as Joshua Banal - The son of Captain Jude Banal.
  • Catherine Remperas as Maggie Tadeo
