Binky Abdul

Binky Abdul is a fictional character in the Nickelodeon animated television series The Fairly OddParents. He was introduced in Cosmo Con, and appeared again in the episode Timmy TV. His surname, "Abdul", wasn't discovered until the one-hour TV special Fairy Idol. Binky is regularly the target of Jorgen Von Strangle's angry outbursts of violence, and despite his pleasant nature often has horribly bad luck. Apparently, he also had his own TV show (although it was replaced with Timmy TV).
