Interstate 625 (or WYO 258) is a Auxiliary (or kid) Interstate in Casper, Wyoming, known as Wyoming Boulevard or as the Casper Beltline, and is a four-lane beltway around the western, southern, and eastern sides of the City of Casper. The segment between CY Avenue and Interstate 25 was also known as Outer Drive.
Route description
Interstate 625 begins its western end at Interstate 25/U.S. Route 87 in Casper and from there travels counter-clockwise around Casper.[2][3] I-625 heads south and crosses the North Platte River before intersecting W. 13th Street, which also provides access to Fort Casper. Continuing south, I-625 passes along the western side of the Central Wyoming Fair Grounds[1] and briefly parallels the North Platte River a short distance before intersecting Wyoming Highway 220 (CY Aveune), the main artery for traffic coming into Casper from the west.[2] Past WYO 220, Interstate 625 gradually turns eastward before reaching the northern terminus of Wyoming Highway 252 (S. Poplar Street). Under 1 mile later, Wyoming Highway 251 (Casper Mountain Road) is intersected which travels to Casper College and Casper Mountain.[4] Interstate 625 continues east for a small distance and then begins to turn northeast as it travels around the southeastern outskirts of Casper and passes west of the Casper County Club.[3] Now mainly directed north, I-625 travels through the eastern neighborhoods of Casper and intersects busy east-west 2nd Street. Casper's Eastridge Mall[2] lies on the southeastern side of this intersection. A third of mile north of that intersection, Interstate 25 is intersected at exit 185 as I-625 enters the Town of Evansville. At the interstate, Interstate 625 terminuses, and WYO 258 reaches its eastern end at US 20/US 26/US 87 (Yellowstone Highway) after 12.98 miles (20.89 km). The roadway itself continues north as Curtis Avenue north through Evansville. Interstate 625 is maintained by the City of Casper, however when I-625 momentarily travels out of the city, state maintenance will begin and end as it does southeast of the city. Casper has taken over maintenance of the portions of the route within its city limits, but for signage purposes the route is still I-625/Highway 258.[4]

IMPORTANT NOTE
This is a product of imagination and highway common sense, with a bit of what will happen to the road system in the future. It says 2015 because the idea popped up in April 2015. You can find the actual info on Wyoming 258 at this link.
