Tan Sri Lim Goh Tong (Chinese: 林梧桐; pinyin:Lín Wútóng) is the Malaysian casino king. Lim was born in Fujian Province, China in 1918. He left China at the age of 19 and went to Malaysia seeking a better life. Getting his hands on any job he could find, Lim was a hawker, a worksmith in construction sites as well as a collector of scrap metal.

In the next 20 years, Lim built his business from a sub-contractor to developing large-scale construction projects throughout Malaysia. In 1969, the Malaysian government granted its only casino licence to Lim. He also sought the 'Pioneer' status for his company, this lead to rapid construction and growth of the Genting Highland attraction in South East Asia. The Genting Group is the operator of the Genting Highlands casino resort in the mountains 25 miles or 40 km northeast of Kuala Lumpur.

Tan Sri Lim Goh Tong has handed over the helm to his son, Tan Sri Lim Kok Thay, in 2005.
