Text from duplicate article Andorians (now a redirect):
- Planet: Andoria. Humanoid Federation members are blue-skinned in appearance and have bilateral antennae and characteristically white hair. Andorians are self-described as a violent and warlike species.
- Apparently, according to Data on stardate 43657.0, Andorians engage in group marriages of four as a rule. However, most of what is known about this race is scattered.
Missing Appearance
I checked some of my DVR'd eposides of TOS off SciFi and found at least three Andorians. I dunno where to go get the eposide numbers, though. Hopefully someone else can fill those in. I have this impression that Andorians appeared a lot more but those are the only ones I could pick out. ---- Kutulu (sig added by Cburnett)

Starship Exeter's Epsilon Indi
Even though it is a fan-film, I feel it is worth noting how Starship Exeter depicts Andorians. Their homeworld makes a prominent appearance in "The Savage Empire".DrWho42 00:40, 6 February 2006 (UTC)
Marriage
- Andorian marriages consist of four individuals.
Is this canonical ? I don't remember any such claim in whole Enterprise, and Shran's relationship with Talas seems to suggest that they have two-person couples. Taw 18:40, 20 March 2006 (UTC)
- That was a concept introduced in the Deep Space Nine relaunch novels, before Enterprise began. It's been clearly contradicted by the TV series now, and of course as novel-only info it was never actually canon. Redxiv 11:45, 26 April 2006 (UTC)
- Actually, the four-person marriage comes from the Next Gen episode Data's Day, when Data lists various marriage customs from different cultures. The DS9 books were inspired by this to give the Andorians four sexes, which has not appeared in the series. Daibhid C 18:48, 1 June 2006 (UTC)

"and were represented as having no ears, in favor of their large bony antennae located on the crown of the skull. However, this point was retconned in Enterprise."
This is wrong. Although Andorians in TOS were shown to have long hair, it was never said or implied that Andorians have no ears. The idea that they have no ears comes from several early novels. An Andorian with barely visible ears was seen in Star Trek The Motion Picture and the first Andorian with clearly visible ears was seen in Star Trek IV The Voyage Home.
