The Indian Institute of Management Gaya (often abbreviated as IIM-G)[1] is an autonomous public business school proposed in Bodh Gaya, Bihar in India. Proposed in 2014, IIM Gaya is the one of the new addition to the prestigious Indian Institute of Management (IIM) family of management schools.[2] It was announced in 2014 Union Budget by newly formed Government of India. And in January 2015 HRD Minister Smriti Irani cleared proposal for its campus in Bodh Gaya, Bihar.[3] As Government of Bihar selected 118 acres of land in Bodh Gaya inside Magadh University campus.IIM Kolkata will be mentor of IIM Gaya.[4]
