List of longest arch bridge spans

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

This is an old revision of this page, as edited by 128.183.2.230 (talk) at 18:27, 14 July 2015 (History of largest spans: correct flag). The present address (URL) is a permanent link to this revision, which may differ significantly from the current revision.

This list of the longest arch bridge spans ranks the world's arch bridges by the length of their main span. The length of the main span is the most common way to rank bridges as it usually correlates with the engineering complexity involved in designing and constructing the bridge.[1] If one bridge has a longer span than another it does not necessarily mean that the bridge is longer from shore to shore or from abutment to abutment.
