Genres

Are there any reliable sources that list the genres of this series as anything other than a romantic comedy? —Farix (t | c) 23:56, 6 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

http://www.mangaupdates.com/series.html?id=25178 <- This the best I got. While at it, someone fix the kanji of Ouken's name (replace the question mark). 122.163.48.174 (talk) 07:44, 21 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Found one! http://www.uk-anime.net/anime/Maken-ki!_-_Eps._1-5.html - review on UK-anime.net by Andy Hanley. This has some good quotes about the series like his summary statement "A lazy, generic fan service series that has nothing of worth to offer beyond glimpses of female underwear.". -AngusWOOF (talk) 13:24, 21 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Kikyo Yamato

As far as I know, Shizuka Ito and Anastasia Munoz only voiced Kikyo Yamato, not Miyabi. Since Kikyo is becoming prominent, I think we should create a new section on Kikyo. That would be logical enough. Thoughts? Lord Sjones23 (talk - contributions) 11:17, 16 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Error in page

The Maken-ki! article says that Takeru is a descendant of Himegami's brother, and references manga chapter 53. Sorry, as there is no time travel in Maken-Ki, this must be an error. Perhaps Takeru is a descendant of Himegami's brother's ancestor, making him a cousin. Would someone with access to the manga please make this correction, as I find inaccuracies annoying. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.17.168.248 (talk) 22:10, 22 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]

I'll change it to "related by blood" as per chapter 53 " I realized that you are related to my father and my brother". But I don't see how Takeru and Kodama are cousins. How can someone be a cousin when Yabiko lived thousands of years ago and wasn't sealed away, whereas Takeru's mother died ten years ago? That fits more the definition of descendants. -AngusWOOF (talk) 22:41, 22 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Article Relassification Request

Please explain how this article is C-class and considered B-class for the most part outside of referencing, when BY GOD IT IS TERRIBLE. Anime adaptation has been "upcoming" for four years and the article has no publishing magazine references. No issue dates, no ANN reviews, incomplete content. This page is D-class at best and is a huge red flag, we need people to pick this page up a bit.

I'd like to ask for a re-classification if thats fine.
