Celia Dale

Celia Dale (1912 – 31 December 2011), was an English author and book reviewer. Her first novel, The Least Of These, was published in 1943 and she went on to write ten more. She has won several awards, including the Crime Writers' Association Best Short Story of the Year award.[1]

She worked as a secretary to the author Rumer Godden.[2] Dale died on 31 December 2011.[3]
