The 41st Infantry Division of the Philippine Commonwealth Army under the United States Army Forces in the Far East (USAFFE) was an armed division based at the military general headquarters and military camp bases. It was active from August 28, 1941 to June 30, 1946 in the City of Manila Southern Luzon, Mindoro and Palawan during the engagements in the anti-Japanese Imperial military operations in Southern Luzon, Mindoro and Palawan during the fight of the Japanese Invasion from December 08, 1941 to April 09, 1942 before the followed for the sending operations on the Defending Battle of Bataan from January 08, 1941 until surrender by the Japanese troops on April 09, 1942. Brigadier General Vicente Lim was tasked to head as the Commander of the 41st Division was prepare to protect and secure in Southern Luzon.
