Mr. Ching Cheung Ying, MH (1958-) is a district council representative for San Tin Wai, Sha Tin, Hong Kong. He is also a Chinese language teacher in Diocesan Boys' School, where he is affectionately called "Ching Ching" by most of his students. He has taught there for over 20 years. Apart from being a member of the Shatin District Council, he is also the Vice Chairman of Sha Tin Arts Association and Chung Ying Theatre Company, Director of Sha Tin Sports Association Ltd,and a member of the Council of the Queen Elizabeth Foundation for the Mentally Handicapped, Appeal Tribunal Panel (Buildings), and the Development Bureau.
