Keep. I think it has the potential to be encyclopedic. At present it's mostly just a list of Books about Buffy with one link to an online scholarly journal. But this subject does seem to be taken seriously (and studied seriously) but many published authors. I'd let this article continue to grow and expand. Delete as WP:OR and non-notable - there's no evidence that the concept isn't made up (lumping some books and a website together doesn't cut it - the website is on Buffy studies rather than Buffyverse studies anyway).
