Phialemonium obovatum

It was shown to an intermediary genus from between the Acremonium genus and Phialophora genus. [3] [2] [5] [7]
Species of the Phialemonium genus are found throughout the environment. [3][4]
They can be found and isolated from sewage, soil, air and water. [3] [4]
This species is saprophytic [7]
Appearance and morphology
