In popular discourse, sex change refers to gender reassignment surgery.

sex change may also refer to:

  • In Biology, the natural occurrence, in some species of animals, of changing from one sex to another.
  • In Skateboarding, a trick which requires balancing the skateboard on a rail, apparently with the imaginative idea that if a (male) rider falls, he could injure himself in a way that would lead potentially to an involuntary "sex change."
