Victor Jovica is a Puerto Rican professional wrestler and promoter. Along with Carlos Colón, he is the co-founder and promoter of the Capitol Sports Promotions, now known as the World Wrestling Council (WWC), which, since the 1970s, has been the dominent promotion on the island of Puerto Rico.

Jovica briefly held the NWA World Heavyweight Championship in February 1983, though this reign is not recognized by the NWA (National Wrestling Alliance).
