Improper use of "See also" sections

[edit]

It is very rarely useful to include Wikipedia categories in the "See also" sections of articles, and this should especially not be done with categories that the article subject is already in, since this category is already linked at the bottom of the article, making its addition to the "See also" section completely redundant. I have reverted your addition of redundant category "See also" entries to various Chinese snooker player biographies. Please also (per WP:MOSNUM) do not abbreviate the names of months ("Apr", etc.) as you have been doing in various chess player bios. Other than these minor quibbles, I've found your contributions to be helpful and well-considered. — SMcCandlish [talk] [cont] ‹(-¿-)› 05:14, 21 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Polo history

[edit]
  • As per your request, I'd suggest you start a draft on the polo history as I have just done before making major changes.

Thank you. --Major4y7 (talk) 23:55, 21 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
