Ong Seok Kim (21 November 1884 - 31 May 1964) was a businessman, entrepreneur, investor and philanthropist. He was born in China and migrated to the then Malaya (now Malaysia) in 1903.

As an entrepreneur and businessman, he began building up his wealth through trading in supplies for tin miners and local traders. He continued establishing his wealth through rubber estates, retail shops and land which he would later use for various projects. Seok Kim was involved in contributing to the people of the state of Perak in the Manjung (formerly Dindings) District and in particular the Sitiawan area.
