Bob McCrea

There is no sources that Dan invented it, and it has been mentioned before (and I have seen the thank you note) that Bob McCrea was the inventor of the Enchirito, who submitted the idea to Dan. West Texas?

This article starts: "Enchirito (Spanish pronunciation: [entʃi'ɾito]) is the trademarked name of Taco Bell's menu item of the Tex-Mex food similar to an enchilada." Doubt Enchirito has any relation to Spanish, so the Spanish pronounciation is a bit of a stretch. Even more of a stretch is to call this "Tex-Mex" unless West Texas now extends to California where this chain started.
