Neyland Stadium is a sports stadium in Knoxville, Tennessee. It is the home of the University of Tennessee football team, the Volunteers. It is the largest stadium in the South, and the second largest in the US. After 79 years, and 16 expansion projects, Neyland Stadium now has a total of 104,079 seats. It was named after General Robert R. Neyland, who was head football coach at Tennessee from 1926 to 1952.
