i think there are missed info from 3 different chinese cruise with similar name, in old stytle transliteration the Chi Yuan, a single ship launched in 1883, and the Chih Yuan, sister of Ching Yuan, launched in 1886. Both are protected cruiser. the 3rd is the armoured cruiser King Yuan, sister of Lai Yuan, launched in 1887 — Preceding unsigned comment added by 87.7.217.96 (talk) 00:48, 28 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]
