Bunaftine is an antiarrhythmic agent.[1] It is classified in class III.[2]

It is also spelled "bunaphtine".[3]

Bunaftine synthesis: M. Giannini, BE 764299  eidem U.S. patent 3,704,322 (1971 and 1972 to Malesci).[4]
