PewDiePie's This Book Loves You is a parody of self-help books, released on 20 October 2015 by Penguin Group.[1] The book includes various aphorisms and wisdom/jokes, paired with visuals.[2] The book is available both as a paperback edition (240 pages) and an e-book.[3]

Inspiration
PewDiePie has stated that the original idea for writing the book was given by his fans on Twitter. He also stated that it would be a great chance to reach his audience in a new way.[4]
Promotion
The book was promoted at numerous occasions. PewDiePie signed many books as a part of the promotion in London, on October 18, 2015.
Most of the promotion, which ultimately resulted in the book's success, was through his This Book Loves You Tour. PewDiePie started the tour on October 18, 2015, in London, then headed on to Leers, Manchester, New York, and finally to Los Angeles. The tour ended in San Francisco, California, on November 1.[5]
Reception
This Book Loves You became a New York Times Bestseller and remained on the list for a week.[6] The book received generally positive reviews from customers on Goodreads, with an average rating of 4.1 out of 5.[7] Barnes & Noble has given it 4.6/5.[8]
Amazon.com's customers gave it a 4.6/5 stars.[9]
Negative feedback
Some people felt that the book was a means of earning money for PewDiePie by tricking has fanbase into buying the book. Others responded negatively stating that it was only a waste of money on uninspirational quotes and plain nonsense.[citation needed]
