Banner rationale doesn't make sense

We currently have a banner at the top of the page that reads "Article does not appear to be professionally written and false at low standards." Now, you had me right up to "and", but what does "false at low standards" mean? Tigercompanion25 (talk) 16:36, 12 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]
