Vedatar is a village development committee in Dhankuta District in the Kosi Zone of eastern Nepal. At the time of the 1991 Nepal census it had a population of 2643 people living in 513 individual households.[1]

Tourism

It is a beautiful place for tourism. There is view tower on the hill from which we can get the complete view of the place. Namaste Falls(aprox 80m) is also in this VDC. A sankha temple in the shape of Conch is also there. over all the natural vegetation, the climate, the land topography and the pollution free environment is a factors which attracts tourist from various place here.
