plenty of coverage in reliable sources, none of which go very deep (usually a paragraph mention here and there). However, add in the fact that there are dozens of those articles in major news sources and TV shows, they seem to meet the GNG's basic criteria: "If the depth of coverage in any given source is not substantial, then multiple independent sources may be combined to demonstrate notability."
