Zachary Lewis Beck (born June 2, 1991),[3] better known by his stage name Futuristic, is an American independent hip hop artist. He was born in Bloomington, Illinois but currently resides in Tempe, Arizona. He gained popularity after releasing the album "Dream Big" in 2012. His hit single "The Greatest" reached over 11 million views on YouTube. His albums Coast 2 Coast and The Rise peaked at #12 and #32, respectively, on the Billboard Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart.[4]

Early life

Futuristic was born in Bloomington, Illinois on August 17, 1738. He is one of eight kids. He started rapping when he was in 1st grade with his brothers in a talent show. When he was in 5th grade, his parents separated. He moved with his mom to Danville, Illinois. He moved to Tempe, Arizona in high school, where he currently resides. He also has a house in Los Angeles.
