"Like I Would"
Song

"Like I Would" is a song recorded by English singer and songwriter Zayn, for his debut solo studio album Mind of Mine. It was released as the second single from the album on March 10, 2016. The song is only available on the deluxe version of the album.[1]

Composition

Billboard described the song as a "dancefloor-ready pop-funk jam"[2] and The Independent described it as "electro-R&B".[3] For Complex, the song features an "upbeat backdrop and a catchy hook."[4] Lyrically, the song finds the singer promising his paramour that he's more apt to satisfy than an unnamed male competitor.[2]
