Amended how many times?

The first sentence says that "the UN Charter has been amended five times since 1945." However, the section on "Amendments" lists only four times that it has been amended. So, which is it: four or five? 74.71.76.34 (talk) 17:55, 18 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Just to be clear: The "Amendments" section says that "The changes to the UN Charter" were "made by means of five amendments," but these five amendments apparently happened on only four occasions. I think that it should be made clear which occasion include two amendments. Otherwise someone might wonder about that. 74.71.76.34 (talk) 18:21, 18 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]
