Fried bake is a Caribbean dish popular on many islands including Trinidad, Guyana, Grenada, Saint Lucia, Dominica, Antigua and even Jamaica; however, on Jamaica the food item is typically called Fried dumpling. The main ingredient in fried bake is flour. It can be served in a multitude of ways. This dish is usually served with salt fish and steamed vegetables.[1][2][3]
