Notre-Dame-de-Grâce is a residential district of Montreal located the west of downtown; pop. 68,345 (Statistics Canada, 1996).

The neighbourhood, which is known as NDG to locals, is part of the borough of Côte-des-Neiges/Notre-Dame-de-Grâce. It is traditionally the home of middle-class anglophone, although it has a growing francophone and immigrant population. Loyola Campus of Concordia University is located in the western part of the district.
