Do what you want. It doesn't interest me any longer. I know I am right about Laura Branigan's birth year. But Wikipedia contributors forced me to give up. I recommends sites to avoid wikipedia about Laura though it is nothing which can be said is trustful or reliable. So delete if you like--Born53 swe (talk) 09:35, 14 August 2015 (UTC)-[reply]

You are hereby on my list of people who will be visible when I will go publish with all of Wikipedia so called Laura experts. I am old enough to do what I want without someone is pointing fingers, like you do now. Don't touch my editings of Laura's birth place. It took me almost 2 years before Laura's brother Billy gave me that information. Mount Kisco was my last brick in the wall, so hopefully I will never edit or use Wiki again. I am so sick and tired of those experts who has made my wiki-life to an hell. Protect Mount Kisco and I am out från wiki. OK?--Born53 swe (talk) 07:15, 14 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Idea

Hey! I've read the discussion at Laura Branigan, and I had a thought. You said her brother confirmed her correct birth-year. If you could get an audio or video recording of him doing so, that would be a reliable source that the page could use! I think that might solve it. TheLogician112 (talk) 19:23, 31 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]

I have his confirmation in a message that he and Laura was born at Northern Westchester Hospital, Mount Kisco. That is all I have. And from US Public Records about Billy https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:2738-GFK, and Billy's birth announcement from James & Kathleen Branigan, Patent Trader from 1957 http://chappaqua.advantage-preservation.com/Viewer/?fn=patent_trader_usa_new_york_mount_kisco_19570314_english_7 I shall also mention that this issue is over for me. Case is closed.--Born53 swe (talk) 09:23, 3 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Out of curiosity, have you tried ordering a copy of Ms. Branigan's Social Security application? That would list her date of birth. Muzilon (talk) 13:28, 3 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]

The order was made December 2015. From my contact in New York. "No news. I will be going up to North Castle next week to visit the public library there and will review their newspapers at that time. I have also sent away for Laura's Application for Social Security Number (SS#) which should have her place of birth listed because she would have needed to use her birth certificate when she applied for her SS#. It may take a few months to receive a response since she is not included in the Social Security Death Index which is online. Thanks but the year doesn't matter. It's the SS number which is the only thing relevant. But no problem. As I said, I have placed the request for it." The name will not be mention here. But has a very high credibility as a genealogist in New York. Please, watch my site for my research. I am so sick and tired of not being trusted. Or maybe who cares about Wiki. Laura's little brother Billy is very impressed of my research, after he was checking it out. And his words are more valuable than wikis. Since spring 2014 this has going on. It has almost killed me when I have to defend my research. Laura's official website was going to take legal action against me, but withdraw it when they were told they would lose. So instead they have blocked and banned me for lifetime. --Born53 swe (talk) 13:55, 3 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Good luck with your research then. I have been working on the biographies of movie stars John Dall and Simon Oakland – there is similar confusion about their birthdates. :) Muzilon (talk) 14:07, 3 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]

If you need old papers....This is a very good site http://www.fultonhistory.com/Fulton.html Good luck to you as well.--Born53 swe (talk) 14:19, 3 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Bra, tack :) I actually considered ordering John Dall's birth certificate, but New York State won't release it without a court order. (I did manage to get his Social Security application and California death certificate.) Did you say your genealogist friend has ordered Laura Branigan's New York birth certificate? I'll be interested to see how that works out. Muzilon (talk) 10:54, 5 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Muzilon...Bra tack? Sverige som jag? --Born53 swe (talk) 18:38, 5 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]

New Zealand actually, but I know a few words of the language. Muzilon (talk) 00:35, 6 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Devilmanozzy (talk) 23:22, 10 April 2016 (UTC) Nope, have no idea what you mean. On the other hand it doesn't interest me though I have from today cut all relations with wiki. So what wiki do or writes is not my business. But I hope you don't use my sources though they are not reliable. I will piss off wiki if you do it. I have cut all bounds with wiki, and I hope you do the same to me by making an statement. Thank you! --Born53 swe (talk) 21:45, 20 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]

1952 or 1953?

Hey Stig! I'm sorry for the disappointment you feel. The problem is that we need go by Wikipedia's policies. I'm just trying to understand something though. From the sources at your pinterest, one fact is not clear: was Laura born in 1952 or 1953? From everything I went through, it could be either one of them. How did you come to the conclusion that it is 1952 only (and not 1953)? --Lemongirl942 (talk) 15:24, 20 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]

I have Laura's little brother on Facebook, and he gave me Mount Kisco in January. 1952 has been known since late 2014. If you read my research you will find I have cut all relations with Wikipedia. What you do or write is not my business any more. I hope you don't use my sources, though they are not reliable according to some writers. I will not be or want to be connected to wikipedia in any way. Our friendship is over which I should have understood when the first warnings came in 2015. Now it feels really good not being a part of wiki and its so called experts. Remember, you will always be far, far behind me in my knowledge of Laura. I also have one of Laura's former classmate from High school as a FB-friend. She is very concerned how wiki are treating the truth about Laura. This friend was born in Armonk 1952, and as a classmate to Laura she should know the truth about 1952. I and wikipedia has no longer any relation or connection to each other. And I am really letting people know it.--Born53 swe (talk) 21:33, 20 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Stig, thank you for clarifying that. Please don't be disappointed. Today I was looking at some sources where your research could be published. Have you submitted it to TMZ?. From what I know TMZ is a gossip site and by itself, may not be considered very reliable according to Wikipedia policies. However, TMZ seems to have a large following and I have noticed that there have been cases where the mainstream media have picked up important stories after TMZ reported it first. The mainstream media then verifies the facts and reprints the stories (which would be sufficiently reliable for Wikipedia). TMZ seems to have a contact form and another submission form for "tips" on their website. You can try sending it to them (and send a link to your Pinterest site, since it is well organised). Let me know if you get a response. --Lemongirl942 (talk) 05:18, 21 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]

And? I have cut all relations to wikipedia, I don't want to be connected with wikipedia. If I have to I will take a snapshot of it and let people see it on my research site. What you write or do from April 19 is nothing I care about. So please, don't contact me again. I am finished with wikipedia.--Born53 swe (talk) 21:51, 20 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]
