Hiroshi Katayama (片山 洋, Katayama Hiroshi) (born May 28, 1940 in Tokyo, Japan) is a retired Japanese association football player. His father Yutaka was the first president of Nissan Motors USA.

Katayama made 29 appearances for the senior Japan national football team from 1961 to 1971.[1] He also played at the 1964 and 1968 Summer Olympics.[2]
