Nataliya Olegovna Goncharova née Goncharova (Template:Lang-ru; born 1 June 1989) is a Russian volleyball player. She was a member of the national team that won the gold medal at the 2010 World Championship.

In 2012, she married Russian volleyball player Aleksey Obmochaev. Divorced through 2016.
