This was finally answered in his obituaries, which said that he died on 14 May 2016, three days after his birthday, and that he was 80 years old. Therefore, he was born 11 May 1936. Strawberry4Ever (talk) 12:34, 16 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Place of death

@MikeB1966: According to the BBC News article which I cited, Barrow died at his home in Morecambe. Please don't change this to Lancaster, Lancashire without citing a source. Strawberry4Ever (talk) 22:58, 15 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]
