Jamia Uloom-I-Sharia (جامعہ علوم شرعیہ), Sahiwal, Pakistan is a religious Islamic school established by Maulana Mufti Maqbool Ahmed in 1984. And its first principal was Moulana Allama Ghulam Rasool .The Jamia is one of the greatest academic institutions of Pakistan situated in a healthy beautiful environment on G.T. Road alongside the canal.
History
Jamia Uloom-I-Sharia was founded in 1984 in Sahiwal to fulfill the need of basic and complete knowledge of Islam and learning the Holy Book of Islam by heart.In 1984 the campus for Male students was started and then later in 2000 the campus for Female students was also built.With the establishment of Sharia Public School in 2014 Jamia now offers both Islamic and Contemporary education. Currently The Jamia consists of a double storied main building consisting of over 40 classrooms and a wide beautiful Mosque.
Mission and Objectives
