Chibiusa → Chibi-Usa – The official English translation as used by Kodansha Comics USA. Last time this came up, Viz started to release the anime and Kodansha was not that far behind releasing their version of the manga. Since I read the manga and watch the anime, Chibi-usa's name has a hyphen in-between that name. Seeing as Kodansha overtook Viz when it released the entire Japanese manga, and because the manga is the primary medium, I think we should consider switching to Kodansha's name.
