Sir Douglass Matthew Turnbull is Professor of Neurology at the Newcastle University, an Honorary Consultant Neurologist, Newcastle upon Tyne Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and a a director of the Wellcome Trust Centre for Mitochondrial Research.[1][2]
Awards and honours
He was knighted in the 2016 Birthday Honours.[3]
